Lower Deer Valley, while often thought of merely as the hub of Deer Valley Resort at Snow Park Lodge, is so much more than just the base of a ski resort. Lower Deer Valley real estate options range from large scale custom homes with dramatic ski run and valley views, to quaint condos and townhomes centrally located between Old Town Park City and the ski runs and bike trails at Deer Valley Resort, to brand new, high-end developments including The Residences at St. Regis Deer Valley, and the forthcoming redevelopment of the Snow Park base area as part Deer Valley’s Expanded Excellence project.

Compared to Old Town Park City, Upper Deer Valley, or Empire Pass, Lower Deer Valley real estate offerings provide a better value in a more sheltered location, while remaining centrally located and easily accessible from all parts of Deer Valley and Park City. Portions of Lower Deer Valley allow short term rentals and are adjacent to the free Park City transit bus route, including the townhomes in the Pinnacle, Lakeside, and Fawngrove neighborhoods. Larger scale homes and legacy properties like those in Solamere, The Oaks, and Morningstar Estates are more secluded, and nightly rentals are not permitted. While rarely available on the market, properties at Black Diamond Lodge, Trails End, and La Maconnerie include ski-in, ski-out condos at Deer Valley with excellent access to Snow Park Lodge.
