But you don’t need to wait for the project to be complete to enjoy it, Deer Valley East Village is open for skiing as of January 2025 with three new chairlifts already serving new terrain (including the heated, 6-person Keetley Express), with five additional chairlifts and a gondola planned to open in winter 2026. Guests can also dine and stay at the recently completed Grand Hyatt Deer Valley ski hotel in East Village.

The 6,898 ft runway can accommodate aircraft up Gulfstream G650 and Global Express size ranges, offering seamless private aviation access directly to Deer Valley Resort, with far fewer closures and weather delays than Aspen or Eagle.  Residents of Heber and Midway are only a 10 to 20 minute drive from East Village at Deer Valley, making the entire Heber Valley Utah’s newest ski town. 

As of 2025, new construction condos at Cormont Deer Valley are selling between $2,200/sf to $2,800/sf with townhomes at Marcella Landing selling in the $1,300/sf to $1,600/sf range. Resale condos at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley currently range from $2,300/sf to $2,600/sf.
