Where to Live in Park City
A wide variety of condos, townhomes, and hotel residences in Canyons Village offers owners a variety of options in size, age, and price, giving many prospective buyers an entry point into the Park City market that they may not have thought was possible, all the way up to some of the nicest and newest ski-in, ski-out properties in Park City.
Canyons Village at Park City Mountain is arguably the most diverse area for owning ski property in Park City. A wide variety of condos, townhomes, and hotel residences offers owners a variety of options in size, age, and price, giving many prospective buyers an entry point into the Park City market that they may not have thought was possible, all the way up to some of the nicest and newest ski-in, ski-out properties in Park City. Designed to be a resort village within the town of Park City, the center of Canyons Village is pedestrian access only and provides residents and visitors with a variety of dining and shopping options, free concerts, and regular entertainment and events, all while being right at the foot of the second largest ski resort in North America. Canyons Village is also conveniently located equidistant from the commercial, shopping, and dining hubs of Kimball Junction and historic Main Street in Old Town Park City.
Some of the best ski properties in Canyons Village are the newest, including the Ridge Townhomes, Apex Residences, Lift Condominiums, Pendry Hotel Residences, and Blackstone Residences. Apex Residences, perched on the top row of the village, offers the best ski-in, ski-out condos in Canyons Village, complete with excellent amenities, beautiful interior finishes, and incredible valley and sunrise views. The Ridge provides residents with larger scale ski-in townhomes that are in a quieter location on the edge of the village, but still within a short walk or Canyons shuttle ride from the ski lifts. Lift Condominiums is one of the most underrated ski properties in Canyons Village with excellent amenities, ski-in access, and soon to be top tier lift access with the incoming addition of the new 10-person Sunrise Gondola, taking passengers directly from the front of Lift and Pendry up to the mid-mountain Red Pine Lodge.
One of my favorite projects in Canyons Village is the Red Pine condos and townhomes. Originally built in the late 1970’s, the HOA has done an excellent job of updating and maintaining the exteriors of the buildings and the amenities. Many Red Pine townhomes and condos have been beautifully updated, and Red Pine townhomes offer the most affordable option for a 4-bedroom, 2,000sf short term rental eligible property within walking distance of skiing in Park City.
As of 2025, townhomes in Canyons Village can range from 1,000sf to 5,500sf with prices ranging from $700/sf in Red Pine up to $1,900/sf for the best units in Apex. Stacked condos can range from 300sf at YotelPad up to 3,700sf penthouses in Pendry with prices ranging from $600/sf in Silverado Lodge up to $2,100/sf for new construction condos at The Ascent boutique hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. For a central location, excellent value, and ski access to the largest resort in the United States, look no further than Canyons Village.
