Deer Valley East Village

While the new East Village at Deer Valley can be broken down into individual new construction and luxury development offerings, the East Village as a whole is what truly sets this incredible new development apart and makes it the talk of the town in Park City. The size and scale of the village, and curation of the guest experience integrated seamlessly into Deer Valley Resort is truly remarkable. The first real estate for sale in East Village includes ski-in, ski-out custom home lots as part of the four season Marcella Club, large scale luxury townhomes within Marcella Landing, the recently completed hotel condo Residences at the Grand Hyatt at Deer Valley, and the forthcoming Four Seasons and Private Residences at Deer Valley.

Once completed, Deer Valley East Village will consist of eight hotel properties and ten residential real estate opportunities within and adjacent to the pedestrian only village core that will contain 1,700 residential units and over 250,000 square feet of commercial space culminating in 32 restaurants and cafes and over 40 premier retail shopping locations. Taking place above the village is a massive expansion to Deer Valley’s ski terrain that will add an additional 3,700 skiable acres of terrain and 16 new chairlifts, creating some of the longest runs in Utah.
